Superfood muesli

Making your own organic superfood muesli is a fabulous way to ensure you and your family get good nutrition and energy to start off the day with a sparkle in your step. The following recipe is loaded with essential nutrients that will feed your every cell with beautiful nutritional information. We like to top our muesli with fresh berries when in season, various seasonal fruits and coconut yogurt or fresh nut milk. This breakfast staple is always well stocked in our cupboards.

You will need:
  • 3 cups organic oats
  • 3/4 cup organic pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1 cup organic walnuts
  • 3/4 cup organic chia seeds
  • 3 cups organic shredded coconut
  • 1 cup organic goji berries
  • 3/4 cup organic raw cacao nibs
  • 3/4 cup organic raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread a line layer of oats on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Store in a large airtight glass jar in a dry, cool place.
