This is a 21 day vegan plan that will take you through the process of eliminating all “junk” by feeding the body with the most nourishing and healing foods, including three days of Juicing and/or smoothies to support the bodies ultimate cleansing potential, superfoods and herbs are included to help detox the liver and cells, a focus on proper elimination (enemas or colonics) daily motivational emails, including daily assignments to align you with the spirit of the cleanse, body assignments to further help the body detox and glow, daily affirmations to nurture your soul and a daily Detox Diet update, to help you stay on track.
