Chai. the heavenly world of the spice infused tea and all the variations are out-of-this-world! here is a delicious recipe that has no caffeine! actually there is no tea, just spices, superfoods and nut milk. I recommend this recipe to those who are trying to kick the caffeine habit. I originally found this recipe on the Saf app and have changed it up a bit. We have dubbed this Bliss Chai! it’s that tasty and is pure goodness. Bliss chai 2 1/2 cups Almond milk 2 tsp Mesquite 1/2 tsp Cardamon 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp Ginger 1 tsp cacao butter 4 tsp coconut nectar (adjust to own liking) pinch of icelandic sea salt Gently heat up your Almond milk in a sauce pan. Add all other ingredients into a blender, add warm almond milk, give it a spin and serve warm. The spices will begin to settle as the chai sits, so you may want to have a stir spoon as you sip away.
