Raw blueberry bliss treats

Raw Solla is one of my all time favorite raw food chefs. I first experienced her contagious uplifting energy at the Womens Wellness conference and have been an ecstatic fan ever since. The following recipe is one she shared at the Longevity now conference 2014, I have made this recipe many times for all sorts of peeps and not only is it crazy easy but its mind-blowing good! I’m always asked for this recipe, so thought it would be a good one to share here. Crust: 2 1/2 c pecans 1 1/2 c dates 1/2c mulberries 3 tbsp Jing City or raw cacao powder 1 tsp ashwagandha vanilla sea salt Add all ingredients to a food processor, blend until crust sticks together. To test take a little chunk and squish into a ball, if it holds its ready. Spread and pat into the bottom of a beautiful dish. Filling: 3c blueberries (frozen or fresh) but can really use any berry or mic of your choice 1c coconut butter 1c almond butter (or cashews soaked over night) 1/2c coconut nectar 1/4c ground chia seeds 1tsp vanilla Again, blend all ingredients together until smooth. Gently pour and spread over the crust layer. Top with fresh berries of your choice and refrigerate or pop in freezer for 10 minutes.
